Building Environments

I have changed the way that environments work for buildings in order to
make them cheaper to afford for cosmetic purposes.

Environments in rooms that are flagged as buildings have had their
prices drastically reduced. See the HELP BUILDINGS scroll for the exact
prices. To justify this, these environments will no longer provide most
of the benefits of general environments (such as health regen, skill
operability, etc). These effects CAN be re-enabled by using the BUILDING
ENVEFFECTS command, which now costs the same as setting environments
used to cost. Please note that once environmental effects have been
enabled, they cannot be disabled, and any future changes to the
environment in that room will cost the former price point.

All existing building rooms have had the environmental effect flag
placed on them, excepting those rooms that are either of the Urban,
Village, or Path environment.

If you believe that something is working in a newly built room that is
dependent on the environment, but for which the environmental effects
have not been enabled, please submit a BUG report to this effect.
