I've also made something new called the Portable Cache. It's like a
pocketbelt, except that it can store unlimited different types of
things, and much more of each of them than a pocketbelt. It also cannot
be stolen or given away, so it's a safe place to store your personal
goods. And it goes where you go!

Call me sentimental, but the Cache is something Vlar would have liked
(and talked about doing for some time). It's useful, elegant, and
efficient - just his sort of gadget. So as a sort of tribute to him,
everyone may have a Portable Cache for free, just by visiting and
TOUCHing the statue of Vlar that I've placed in a small glade just off
the Prelatorian highway north of Green Lake.
