The Searing Stamp of the Seraph has had its price reduced to 150
Credits. This reflects the fact that it now serves solely as a
replacement for inks. All Luminaries may now paint their shields without
using up their balance, providing they have either the Searing Stamp or
the requisite inks in their inventory.
