A new collection of artifact shields has been added to the Ankyrean
Armoury. Each of the shields costs 300 Credits, and have improved stats
over standard shields. Note that all artifact shields now abide by the
same Avoidance modifications as standard shields.

A reinforced tower shield: Cutting - 50% Blunt - 50%

A spiked kite shield: Cutting - 36% Blunt- 36%

A gem-lined banded shield: Cutting - 29% Blunt - 29%

A rune-covered cavalry shield: Cutting - 23% Blunt - 23%

A jewel encrusted buckler: Cutting - 18% Blunt - 18%


All artifact shields may have ONE Elemental Resistance power placed upon
them. All Elemental Resistance powers cost 350 Credits.

Existing artifact shields (ie runed shields of ...) have been converted
to tower shields. Anyone who currently owns one of the existing artifact
shields may contact Me directly if you wish to convert your shield to a
different type of artifact shield, other than tower. You have ONE WEEK
from the time of this posting to do so.


Luminaries will also be interested in the addition of the Searing Stamp
of the Seraph. This artifact, which costs 250 Credits, will allow the
user to stamp the symbols of the Gods upon this shields without needing
inks and without using up balance.
