Two minor changes to announce:


1. The Syssin charm artifact will now properly reduce the balance time
for hypnotic suggestions for both 2 and 3 suggestion combinations, and
for both on- and off-balance suggestions.

2. An individual must have an average playtime of no less than 20 hours
per week in order to act as a Master for the purpose of multiclassing.
