You can now edit your org's index page for orghelp files. This will
affect what people see when they type GHELP (or any other form of
orghelp command) with no arguments. Simply GHELP EDIT INDEX to modify
it.

To view the real index, you can do GHELP REALINDEX. If you have no index
file, it will default to the real index.

Please keep in mind that from now on, whenever you create/delete orghelp
files, the index page will need be updated to reflect it.
