Shrine System
-------------------
- Holy War now costs 2,000,000 SE to declare.
- Shrine upkeep is now doubled if the Order is in a Holy War.
- Orders can no longer declare on an Order with 10 shrines or less.
- SE gain for shrines destroyed during a Holy War has been reduced
to 100,000 SE per.
- The losing Order now loses 15% of their SE, while the winning
Order gains 15% of the losing Orders SE in addition to previous
numbers.
- Player corpses can no longer be offered unless they were killed
personally by you.
War System
-------------------
- Capturing is no longer a static amount of time. For every 5
troops that help capture a location, it will take 1 minute less
to capture.
* Having a standard will decrease this by a further 20% per normal.
- For each city that declares war upon a single city beyond the
first, that cities max conscription rate will grow by 50.
* For example, in the previous war, as Spinesreach and Bloodloch
both declared on Enorian, Enorian would have a max conscription
rate of 150, while Spinesreach and Bloodloch will have a
conscription rate of 100.
* Anyone caught trying to game this for extra conscription won't
like what happens to their troops.
- Troop bonuses and penalties have been modified, the following is
the full list:
* Commander in the room grants a 10% bonus (attacker and defender).
* Commander with a standard increases this to a 20% bonus instead
of 10% (attacker and defender).
* Blessing is now a 10% bonus (attacker).
* Capturing is a -10% penalty (defender).
* Home ground is a 10% bonus (defender).
* Within city limits is a 20% bonus (defender).
* Fortification is a 25% bonus (defender).
* The time between moving out and fortifying is now a -20% penalty
(defender).
- Troop movement speed is now effected by terrain and weather, and
will change how fast you recover equilibrium.
* Marching upon a road increases the speed by 1 second.
* Marching within city limits increases the speed by 1 second.
* Marching during day time increases the speed by .5 seconds.
* Marching through a natural water location, such as a river (not
an ability like flood), decreases the speed by 1 second.
* Marching in heavy rain decreases the speed by .5 seconds.
* Marching in snow decreases the speed by 1 second.
* Marching in a blizzard decreases the speed by 1.5 seconds.
- Fortify and move out now have messages when their tasks complete.
- Troop blessings will now carry over appropiately when shedding.
- When merging troops, if either of the target divisions do not
have a blessing, then the merged division will not have a blessing.
- You can now probe a division to see if they're the middle of
fortifying, moving out, or capturing.
- Troops no longer gain an in-room bonus if the commander is not
corporal, on the right elevation, or graced.
Cardinal
-------------------
- Troop blessings now draw the essence required from the Patron's
shrine energy. The cost is 300 SE per troop.
- City Boon and City Hex now draws upon the Patron's shrine energy.
- City Shrinesight now draws upon the Patron's shrine energy.
