Attention Aetolians!

We will soon be unleashing a system which runs alongside the affliction
database and is used to change how defences are tracked.

The command used to see the infomation via the DEFENCES command.
DEFENCES HELP will display the syntaxes related to its new function.
Should you use it, DEFENCES (or DEF) by itself will still show you your
defences.

Note that, as with the affliction updates, this involves updating each
defence manually. Luckily, this is far easier to do. As each defence is
added, those of you who have CONFIG AFFLICTIONVIEW ON will see when the
defence is stripped (outside of blackout).
