Monuments

- If you fail to bring an orb of essence to the monument in time,
you now receive a message telling you so, providing the orb is
within your inventory.
- A bug causing monuments to believe orbs still remain when they've
been all gathered has been fixed.
- Orbs of essence are now destroyed instantly when offered and
broken, instead of after a small delay.

Orders
---------------------
- Order members with the Listofferings privledge can now view
ESSLOG. This log tracks all shrine energy loss, gain, and usage.

As a final note, Orders will be coming off cooldown within roughly four
hours. If you haven't erected monuments, or prepared your Order
adequately, I highly advise you take the time to do so.
