- Vitality works correctly now, and no longer gives the
Willpower power instead.

Holy War

- The Holy War requirement of your target needing 5,000,000
SE to declare is no longer in effect (and never was!).
- All Orders have been placed into cooldown for one
Aetolian year to give yourselves a chance to setup for
any upcoming Holy Wars.

Misc
-----------------
- HELP ORDER, HELP HOLYWAR, and HELP OFFERINGS have been
updated with all the information regarding the new shrine
system.
