Hello!

There was a bug with the recent shrine system that caused the new year
and new month to loop several times. As a result, several tasks
associated with those date changes occured several times.

All cities should have received a refund equal to the amount they lost
due to recurring costs, and all Delos shops have been returned to their
owners and reopened.

If anybody else was affected by this date change loop, please let me
know.

Note: There is nothing we can do about decayed items.
