chance to automatically fire after a frenzy attack.

Kaido

- KaiStrike's function has been changed:
* The limb it strikes will receive no damage during its duration.
* When the duration is up, the limb will receive all the damage
it would've received at once.
* It lasts for 15 seconds, and has a 25 second cooldown.
* The limb it strikes is hidden from the victim.

Sciomancy

- Shadeling's chance to freeze has been lowered.


Telepathy

- Using MIND HALLUCINATE <target> will no longer include the
