Liaison changes

Animation
---------
- Golem flee threshold upped to 30% health from 10%.
- Golems will bury themselves when their owner dies.


Artifacts
---------
- Amulet/Wings require full health to use.
- Amulet/Wings will take balance on a failed attempt.
- Wings can now be used indoors.
- Amulet no longer has its elevation restrictions.
- Claustrophobia and Vertigo will no longer prevent Amulet/Wings
- All of this applies to custom wings/amulets too.
- The SACRIFICE command will make you use the sacrifical dagger
to offer corpses, regardless of a shrine being present.
- The OFFER command will default to the shrine.


Crystalism
---------
- Skills that destroy vibes will report to the owner which vibe
was destroyed (if in the same room).


Elemancy
--------
- Eq cost on Gorge has been lowered.


Forging
-------
- Steel cost for fullplate has been dropped from 100 to 50.


Groves
------
- Sunlight regen per Aetolian day has been greatly increased.
- Sunlight drain per Aetolian night has also been increased.


Howling/Roaring
--------------
- Syncing ability has been removed. All howls/roars will now sync
by default.


Misc
----
- Heartflutter now takes priority over Earth(Sand)rot when curing
with lung/bloodroot.


Sand
----
- Curse now requires balance instead of equilibrium.
- Curse also does a small amount of damage.


Spirituality
------------
- Angel Fade and Angel Rest are now unforcable.
- Watch, Trace, Mindread, Seek, Presences will no longer show the
target's title.


Survival
--------
- Focus and other random curing skills will no longer hit fear.
- Fisticuffs will no longer miss. Have fun!


Woodcraft
---------
- Tarot decks now cost 2 wood to make, instead of 1 ivory.
