Our Lottery system has been updated to make running automated lotteries
(such as the ones being held every Monday of this month!) easier. This
will also allow us to accommodate org-operated lotteries more readily.
Please read HELP LOTTERIES to familiarize yourself with the changes,
although the majority will be invisible to end users (read: you).
