Misc Changes and Bug Fixes

- Config Arenadeaths Off will once again stop you seeing deaths that
have occured in the arena.
- Blightstrike will no longer take mana if you already have it ready to
go.
- When sending or receiving a tell in any language other then Aetolian,
the language spoken will be included as part of the tell.
- Eldritch Invocation will now work on the percentage custom prompt
tokens.
- Various bugs involving npc/item names being substituted for player
names in attack messages have been fixed.
- Players who are petrified will no longer be able to be targetted by
other players.
