With the Ashtan Resistance revealed, Tuiln, the leader, is looking for
more resistance fighters. You can use the CONVINCE system to coerce NPCs
into joining the resistance.

CONVINCE will list the syntax, but for your information here is what the
commands are, and what they do:

CONVINCE <mob> TO JOIN RESISTANCE
- This is how you begin convincing a mob to join the resistance. Once
this is done, you will be engaged with that particular mob and no one
else will be able to begin convincing it. This will timeout after about
30 seconds of you not doing anything.

CONVINCE <mob> WITH <item>
- The mob will often take a bit of convincing - after all they have
families to think about! They will be seeking different commodities so
they can sell them for funds.
- A mob will have three different commoditiess it will accept. They will
deal 1-3 points to the mob, depending on the commodity given.
- The mobdamage config will display how many points a commodity deals.
- The mob will tell you during the convincing dialogue which commodities
it accepts
- You can use any of the three commodities it accepts, even though it
might ask for a specific one.

CONVINCE <mob> WITH <GENEROUS|MODEST|PALTRY> GOLD
- Alternatively, you can just give them straight gold.
- This will deal 1-3 points depending on the amount given.
- Once again, the mobdamage config will show you how many points.

Once you have sufficiently convinced the mob, they will go off to join
the resistance and you will be rewarded with experience.

So what mobs can you convince?
Generally, most villages should have mobs in it you can convince. Note
that only 'generic' mobs can be convinced i.e. no named mobs.

A list of areas with convinceable mobs follows:
Arbothia, Kornar, El'jazira, Torston, Tainhelm, Craneskull, Drakt
village, Attica, Jaru, Tsol'aa village, Salma, Khauskin, Ulangi.
