In celebration of 300 years of the Midnight Age, the Gods of Aetolia
have declared that throughout the year, a tournament of skill will be
held for all of Aetolia's citizens. This Tricentennial Tournament will
feature a variety of competitions, some of which will award prizes on
their own merit, and others of which will allot points to the top
finishers. At the end of the Tournament, the participants with the
greatest number of points will be awarded fantastic prizes!

Those events labeled as Major and Minor events will award points towards
the Tricentennial Tournament. In Major events, the top 10 participants
will receive points, while in Minor events, the top 5 will receive
points.

Major Events:
First Place: 12 Points
Seconds Place: 10 Points
Third Place: 8 Points
Fourth Place: 6 Points
Fifth Place: 5 Points
Sixth Place: 4 Points
Seventh Place: 3 Points
Eighth Place: 2 Points
Ninth Place: 1 Point
Tenth Place: 0.5 Points

Minor Events:
First Place: 6 Points
Second Place: 4 Points
Third Place: 3 Points
Fourth Place: 2 Points
Fifth Place: 1 Point

Prizes will be awarded to the top 20 finishers in point value at the end
of the tournament, while ALL participants with even a single point will
receive some token award.

In addition to the Major and Minor events of the Tournament, unscheduled
events will be held throughout the year, with prizes at the discretion
of the Deity sponsoring the event. A schedule of all Major and Minor
events and scheduled non-tournament events will soon follow!
