The Wheel of Fates has been unleashed upon Sapience!

An ancient gnomish legend, those who spin the Wheel of Fate stand to
gain great rewards... or terrible curses.

Accidentally discovered by the gnome leper Con, the Wheel bestowed upon
him a cache of rods used for divining the Wheel's location. Seeing an
opportunity to make a bit of profit, he is now selling the rods for 100
gold each just outside of Lodi. (ASK CON WARES)

One can use a rod to DIVINE WHEEL and you will be given a
'hot/warm/cold' indication for how close the Wheel is to your location.

Once found, you can SPIN WHEEL and await your Fate. Once the Wheel has
been spun, it will reappear in another location within a minute's time
and the person who spun it may not spin the Wheel again for 15 minutes.
The Wheel will also periodically change its location.
