Bug Fixes-

Devotion:
- Inspiration should now work as appropriate for Paladins.
- When bearing the symbol of Dhar, perform peace will be slightly
slower.
- Should its target have the constitution defence, hellsight will no
longer try to afflict them with nausea.

Spirituality
- It is no longer possible to combo chasten with shield crush.
- Spiritwrack will once again strip deafness before giving sensitivity.
- The effect of Overwhelm while bearing Dhar's symbol will now allow
judgement to continue should the target be in an adjacent room. You will
still need to be in the same room to begin it and, apart from leaving
the room, all other methods of stopping judgement should still work.
- Tower shields should now be slower and do more damage then kite
shields, instead of being counted as the same.

Misc-
- SHOPINCALL has been temporarily disabled.
