Luminary Liaison Updates (and some bug fixes)

This represents the final Luminary updates from the previous round.

Earth-
- The damage of swipe against the first target, should it be an npc, has
been reduced to be lower then that of shred, at equivalent skill levels.

Luminary Updates:


Illumination

- When EVOKE FIRE strips rebounding, it will also reset the rebounding
timer for the target.
- Feeding coal/wood to the flame/crescent will now only take as much
coal/wood as is needed to maximise its spark from a stack instead of the
whole stack.

Spirituality

- New Spirituality skill: Symbols.
- New Spirituality skill: Incarnation.
- New Spirituality skill: Strike.
- New Spirituality skill: Crush.
- New Spirituality skill: Facesmash.
- New Spirituality skill: Crash.
- New Spirituality skill: Punch.
- New Spirituality skill: Slam.
- New Spirituality skill: Overwhelm.

- Sap has been returned to it's original amount of mana drain and now
requires both arms being broken to stop it. It is also still prevented
by being counted as prone or entangled in any way.
- Chasten: It will no longer be possible to use Chasten without wielding
a shield as well as a mace.
- The equilbrium time of chasten has been increased slightly.
- Should the target of ANGEL SPIRITWRACK not be in the room and at the
same elevation as the angel, an appropriate message will be displayed to
it's owner.
- The mana loss of ANGEL POWER will now show up if you have CONFIG
DAMAGE_CHANGE on.
- Its target shielding will no longer cause angel spiritwrack to stop
working.

- Incarnation has the following passive effects based on each symbol:
-- While bearing the symbol of Arion, almost all devotion costs will be
reduced by 20%.
-- Hands: While bearing the symbol of Lleis, this ability will also heal
a random affliction.
-- Inspiration: While bearing the symbol of Arion or Auresae, this
ability can not be used. While bearing the symbol of Lleis, Inspiration
will grant +1 constitution instead of +2 strength.
-- Truth: While bearing the symbol of Arion, this ability will only act
as an eye/firefly sigil. The devotion cost of this ability is not
reduced by Arion's symbol.
-- Purity: While bearing the symbol of Haern, this ability will cause
berserking and agoraphobia in addition to its damage.
-- Peace: While bearing the symbol of Dhar, this ability will also cause
overwhelming pride.

-- Angel Power: While bearing the symbol of Arion, angel power will be
increased by 1000.
-- Angel Sap: While bearing the symbol of Auresae, the equilibrium time
of angel sap will be approximately one second slower.

-- While bearing the symbol of Auresae the damage of Fire, Firebomb,
Lightning and Shine will be increased by 30%.
