With the armies of Drakkenmont having taken over the isles of Ashtan,
the refugees from the conquered city have begun to trickle out of the
city. Their gathering place can be found in the Liruma Scrublands, near
to the highway. With the help of Abrecan, the Magistrate, and a small
cadre of guards from the city, the shops of Ashtan have been relocated
to three market circles within the refugee camp.
