Sciomancy and Elemancy

- All skill syntaxes have had their specific element removed from the
syntax
- Singularity will now cause cold damage rather than magic damage
- All Brands will now have diminishing timers: The first Brand (in a
class set) on a person will last 150 seconds, the second placed on a
person will last 90 seconds, and the third will last 30 seconds
- Mirage now lasts for 10 minutes
- Shadeling has been enabled in Sciomancy
- Nightsight has been added to Sciomancy
