Recent Bug Fixes and some changes for Spirituality and Earth.

Recent Bug Fixes/Changes.
- It should now be possible to use evoke fire to evaporate icewalls when
you do not have the Fire ability in Illumination.
- Elephant Trample without a target will no longer ignore effects which
prevent normal movement.
- You should once again be able to move (very slowly) while frozen
solid.
- It should no longer be possible to use grove creation while in the
Skies or in the Caves.
- Engage should once again ignore rebounding.
- Using $nl while conjuring an illusion should no longer count towards
the character limit.
- BTHROW and THROW should work correctly if there is a closed door in
your target's room in the direction you are throwing.
- Howling Serenade will no longer affect people in the Skies or in the
Caves.
- Corporality will no longer prevent already mistformed players from
entombing.
- Mistform will no longer take equilibrium twice if you are stopped due
to corporality.
- Dodging in tekura should no longer turn itself off automatically when
you move.
- Angel Ripples should no longer display the owner of a chaos entity as
being the user of the ability.
- It should no longer be possible to use Grove Isolation while in an
arena.
- Chargeshield should no longer take mana if the target already has the
defence.
- Preparing to flurry should now reduce the balance cost appropriately.
- Grove thorns should now properly restart in a ported grove if it was
active in your real grove, and vice-versa.
- Kaido users should no longer gain kai while kai trance is not active.
- Chivalry Impale should now actually do torso damage.
- If shroud, cloak or ghost are stripped by the Revelation vibe, you
will no longer receive a message about it wearing off when it normally
would have.
- Using blightstrike while the defense is active should no longer drain
essence.
- Using REFLEXES OFF when you already have it disabled, or using
REFLEXES ON when it is already active, will now display an appropriate
message.
- Using CLOT # will now check if you have enough willpower/mana each
time it clots, instead of at the start. This means that it will no
longer take all your mana and willpower without doing anything, but will
infact clot until you run out of mana or willpower.
- Golem Rip should no longer target a limb that is already broken.
- Cleave should now start even if the intended target isn't online.
- Panic Mount's balance cost has been significantly increased.
- Call animals will now put them on your elevation.
- Skullcrusher's damage should now be sigifnicantly increased.
== Liaison Changes ==
EARTH
- Quake, Impale, Earthenmaw, Rockslide, Smash and Ambush all now require
the use of a flail.
- The Earthsense ability in Earth will now allow the use of dig/bury
without a shovel.
- New Ability: SWIPE.
SPIRITUALITY
- ANGEL BATTLE can now be used to pick the next affliction spiritwrack
will hit with.
- You can now choose which affliction CHASTEN will hit with.
- A salve application that is stopped by angel sear will now take salve
balance.
- Smite now does magic damage proportional to your target's health. The
damage dealt is modified by the user's strength.
- Smite will now do sigificantly less limb damage.
- Smash will now go through rebounding and do slightly more limb damage.
