This pertains to the fourth paragraph of announce post 139, about a
supposed bug involving division commanders. Thanks to information
provided by Shallam's Ministry of War describing the events prior to the
troops in question being killed, it's become clear that because of some
errors they made beforehand, the troops would have been vulnerable
whether there was a commander bug involved or not. While some minor
details are still unexplained, it's now clear that a bug was not the
cause of Shallam's having lost those troops - they were left vulnerable
because of a mortal mistake. In light of that, I've taken back the
portion of troops granted to Shallam last night that were intended to
correct the effect of this suspected bug.
