- All mana gains should now show up via CONFIG DAMAGECHANGE.
- Both boar and moon tattoo regen should also show up on CONFIG
DAMAGECHANGE.

- A new config option, CONFIG TATTOOREGEN ON/OFF. When on, this will
display a message when your boar/moon tattoo causes you to regen
health/mana.

- Moon tattoo will restore either 75 mana, or 2% of your maximum
mana. Whichever is higher.
