1. Chests can appear in the following environments: Forest, Beach,
Desert, Grasslands, Hills, Path, Valley, Mountains, Swamp, Tundra,
Jungle, Garden, and Graveyard.

2. Chests will not appear in water rooms.

3. Digging up chests is hard work. Should you manage to find a chest,
you will probably get tendonitis pulling it from the ground. Tendonitis
will keep you from digging for a couple of minutes.

- Tendonitis cannot be cured at all. Even death will not cure it. You
must wait it out.

4. When you dig up a chest, all items are instantly marked as belonging
to the person who dug them up and will reset to them. The only exception
to this rule is gold. If you do not GET the items from the chest, it
will be destroyed at the end of the event.

5. Shovels have a chance to break as they always have.

6. No PK is allowed against players looking for, finding, or digging up
chests. PK can continue as if the event is not happening, but it must
fall into the normal guidelines allowed for PK.

7. The event will last until all chests are found or an hour or slightly
more than that have expired. At that point all remaining chests will be
removed.

Good luck!
