Domination
--------------------------

-The Chimera will now prone levitation targets, strip levitation from
prone opponents, and stun prone opponents without levitation. This is in
addition to its existing attacks.

-Bubonis has been sped up for Indorani.

-The Pit will exit out to five different locations, with which changing
every time the exits in the Pit rearrange.

-SUMMON ALL PACTS will summon all unsummoned entities, save for
Xenophage, Golgotha, and Istria.
