I have recently made some changes to Yudhishthira aimed mostly at making
it slightly easier to obtain the item from him for creating the cure for
vampirism.

Instead of killing him (though you can still do this if you want to) you
simply have to feed him enough buffalo to satiate him and then take the
dust. To make this easier, I have also added several more buffalo to
various locations. I'll be keeping an eye on how much easier it is to
obtain the dust and changing the number of buffalo needed as required.

Aditionally, if you do try to kill him, you'll probably notice that he's
stronger then he used to be - this is also something we will be keeping
an eye on and altering as needed.
