You can now DESIGN <#> BUY while standing in a craft shop, instead of
the whole tedious requesting, copying, submitting and paying the fee
process you had to go through before.

You should also now be able to look at shop designs using DESIGN <#>
when standing in that shop. I don't know why you couldn't do this
before!
