Bug fix:
- If you are under the influence of aeon, amnesia will only effect your
commands when you initially input them, it will no longer block commands
that have already gone through the wait process that aeon incurs.

Daru changes:
- Mind daze has been significantly redesigned. Along with its old
properties, it is now no longer curable while a mindlock is maintained.
In addition, it has a chance of preventing you from seeing which limbs
are being struck by a tekura blow.

- Knowing the skill of clarity in telepathy will now significantly
increase your willpower regeneration.

- Mind prints have been heavily buffed. They now make it much easier to
gain and maintain a mind lock.

- Mind locks now have an upward limit of sixty seconds time for
obtaining the lock.

- Kata demonstrations no longer have a random chance to fail

- You can now CONFIG PROMPT SPARK ON.

- Illumination firebomb should no longer leave a corpse of the user.
However, I'm not entirely positive that this works properly, so I think
there should be a lot of testing.

- There is a new illumination skill: SEAR

- Dodging in Kaido has been moved to Tekura.

- Undead can no longer use illumination.
