Addressed to: Everyone
1) Letters are now able to be opened and closed.
2) You cannot write on, or in, a closed letter. It must be opened first.
3) Openning a sealed letter will destroy the seal. If you wish to know
who sent it, or could have sent it, check first.
4) Fixed a bug with homing pigeons. The recent changes will no longer
hinder their purpose.
5) This one is my favorite - You may now BRIBE CLERK MAIL <letter> TO
<player> FOR <amount> - anything inside the < > can be traded out for a
number or name. This will allow you to send anonymous letters once
again, however there will be a rather large added cost.
As a note: It is not a bug if the clerks take your gold but do not send
your letter - it simply means your bribe is too small.
Penned by my hand on the 15th of Lleian, in the year 258 MA.
