Clarifications

Some clarifications based on random feedback I'm hearing.

-Learning beyond Transcendent is in itself extremely limited. The
benefit to be gained is palpable, but ultimately will have a relatively
small impact on combat in almost any area. If this somehow manages to
break Aetolia, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

-The benefit to a teacher is a function of the number of lessons
learned. It does not give the exact same amount regardless of the number
of lessons taught.

-Abusing any aspect of this system and getting caught is a surefire way
to get yourself shrubbed immediately. The mentor system is for the
benefit of new players, and these changes were made to provide incentive
for mentors to help new players over a longer period of time than has
often been observed. Don't screw it up for yourself or anyone else by
trying to game the system.

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Chakros, in the year 255 MA.
