Fletching
---------
- CRAFTERS FLETCHING now works.
- Previously, any bows created with fletching weren't doing any damage
due to them being created with no stats. This has been fixed, so you'll
probably want to get yourselves new bows.
- There was a bug with arrow groupings that caused them to turn into one
arrow when you put them in your quiver. This has been fixed.

Necromancy
----------
- You can no longer screech with a shrivelled/clawed throat.

Subterfuge
----------
- Worm Resonance will now properly check if the listener can actually
understand the person being resonated (i.e. lycanthrope, languages).
- The same has been fixed for the listen/eavesdrop skills. This applies
to all skillsets that have those skills.

Tarot
-----
- Creator tarot can no longer be used on anyone from anywhere.

Misc
----
- Azudim who aren't Undead should be able to give miasma to their allies
now.
- The proper defence message should show up for miasma/warmth now.
- Shrivelled throats won't last through death anymore.
- People with shrivelled throats can't yell/shout or call for help
anymore.
