A few quick fixes/changes to be aware of:

Upon further review icewalls will once again block the squint ability
from any number of rooms away not just the room the icewall is in.
HOLYWAR COUNTEROFFER may now be used to issue a counter offer to a
challenging order.
Fixed an issue in HOLYWAR SURRENDER which was improperly distributing
the spoils of war.
