- Devotion dazzle will now give a short stun and be slightly faster

- The rite of revitalization will no longer have a random chance of
firing, it will now fire consistently

- The rite of revitalization will now cure for less. It will cure the
most for paladins, slightly less for those with illumination, less for
those with neither, and none for necromancers or undead

- Liaisons will now receive notification of bugs being assigned to one
of their skillsets if they are online

- Angel strip will now remove rebounding first, if the target has it

- Hunt undeath no longer exists

- Some subterfuge skills have been juggled slightly, resulting in dstab
dropping a good deal

- Subterfuge users may now enjoy their hobby of ice climbing with a
great deal more alacrity

- The bug with exterminate taking evil amounts of essence has been fixed

- The latest incarnation of the vibe doubling bug should now be put to
final rest. May Aetolia never again by darkened by its presence
