We have made a recent addition to the DATE verb that will allow you to
convert Aetolian dates into their OOC equivalent and time, as well as
converting OOC date and time to Aetolian dates. This system is described
in full in HELP CALENDAR or HELP DATE (same file).

Note that this works best for future dates. Because of previous data
issues, past dates may not correlate exactly, although the dates will
not vary significantly from their true time.
