Hello everyone,

Recognizing the fact that many of the realm's young take some time to
get acquainted with their skills before their understanding of the
impact of statpacks takes on full relevance, and recognizing the
importance of interaction with one's guild or House as regards this
process, I have made it possible for newbies (those under the 20th
circle of experience) to reincarnate freely. I do not expect any issues
from this process, but I will be monitoring for any blips regardless.
