I had recently removed Impatience as a bar to the use of Focus, and had
not announced it as I was unsure of the impact. I'm not entirely
convinced that it is not the appropriate long term solution, but I am
returning it to the previous state (impatience blocking focus) until I
can arrive at an operating stance I'm most comfortable with.

Should this scenario change again I will announce the mechanics of the
change beforehand.
