I am selling my contract of the permanent shop in Esterport, known as T's Emporium (v5388).

Most people know that Esterport has a lot to offer when it comes to accessibility, diversity and inclusion. There are services a plenty on offer, and wares of all kinds for any and all to purchase, so long as they remain on good terms with the shopkeepers on these neutral grounds.

Owning a shop here is a privilege and a boon, and it has been a pleasure of mine for a good while now. However, I feel it comes with a certain responsibility of adding to the life of the city. At the moment, I fear I no longer have the time to commit to this, and feel it would be better if someone else took over and made use of the space. With that said, however, I will not be accepting outrageously low offers. This was an investment for me that I would like to see returned.
