In accordance with the terms agreed between the Bloodlochian Empire and the Beacon of Light, we acknowledge and re-iterate the following:

Our military manoeuvres against the Duiran Council to hinder any reinforcements of durdalis into the Mamashi Grasslands resulted in an unpremeditated blockade of Enorian's trade routes.

Although independent citizens were already joining in warfare that did not formally involve them, it was specifically owing to the Empire's tactical error upon the supply caravans that precipitated an official declaration from Enorian to join the war.
