The Way

Written by: Knight-Aspirant Finid

The way of the wanderer is tried and true
There is none but the road ahead of you
Through the calm and through the stormy skies
You remain alone knowing no one cares who lives or dies

The way of the wanderer is to be without
Free of heartache, fears, pain, and doubt
There is none but yourself and nature to face
The thrills of the road and calm quiet commonplace

The way of the wanderer is to be at peace
Away from the societies there is surcease
Freedom from laughter and freedom from tear
You live according to your code as your own peer

Penned by my hand on Kinsday, the 16th of Severin, in the year 498 MA.
