Defilement aura timer

Per classlead report 3762, we've made the following changes to defilement aura:
TIMER CHANGES
- Any hostile action against a shrine now sets your defilement aura timer to a minimum of 12 hours (if it's currently less than 12 hours).
- If a shrine is less than 1 real-life week old, you'll only gain 1 hour of defilement aura for hostile actions against it instead of 12 hours.
* Tracking for new shrines only starts from now, so don't go defiling a shrine raised yesterday expecting to receive a 1 hour timer.
- Dying to a member of an Order or Congregation will now remove 8 hours from your defilement aura timer for that Order.
* This requires a full death - i.e., starbursting won't decrease your timer.
SHRINE DESTRUCTION
When a shrine is completely destroyed, everyone who participated in defiling it* receives bonus defilement aura time:
- +24 hours for destroying an established shrine.
- +8 hours for destroying a new shrine (< 1 week old).
- Your defilement aura timer is still capped at 24 hours maximum.
* Participation counts as you having an active defilement aura timer against that shrine at the time of its destruction.
A couple of extra notes: The timer still only ticks down if you're online. And you can tell if a shrine falls under 'new shrine' by probing it. If it's new, it'll have a line indicating so.
