* Upsets are eq/bal loss from effects like epilepsy.

* Same room: Lowered to 50%, down from 60%.
* Not same room: Lowered to 30%, down from 40%.
* Caster fleeing: Unchanged, remains at 10%.
- Gravehands / Inevitability now lasts for 5 minutes, up from 4.
Sciomancer / Runecarver Tweaks
==============================
- Repay / Obeisance now acts as a cooldown when used.
* This will associate it with mechanics that interact with cooldowns.
- Repay / Obeisance cooldown lowered to 10 seconds, down from 12.
- The effect that Repay / Obeisance would reduce shadowdebt / spiritpacts upon killing an adventurer has been moved to the Shadowprice / Spiritpact ability.
- Fixed a large number of old or poorly written AB files for Sciomancers / Runecarvers:
* Shadowprice / Spiritpact now tells you the timer on it.
* Gloom / Despair now lists the given chance and has information about the courage mechanics.
* Repay / Obeisance has been updated with the above changes.
* Voidgaze / Mystify now states that the ability will proc the passive effect of the affliction.
* Shadowphere / Woe now tell you the exact time it is lengthened for for each affliction the target has.
* Forgive / Nourish now states that it halves your health and mana to use, and can be used free of balance and equilibrium.
* Shadowprice Consume / Spiritpact Mortis no longer states that it kills you on failure, it just halves your health and mana.
* Note: None of these are changes from how they currently acted.
Siderealist Tweaks
==================
- The Tome of Eja Kodosa now glows when damage you deal reduces the health of your target to below 1000.
* This will only work providing you wield it.
