There is now a new war command, TERRITORY. You'll find that each city has three territories.

For now, they have no purpose beyond letting you familiarize yourself with them.

TERRITORY <any city>
- Shows you all territory that has been claimed by a city. This
must be done from the War Room.

You can also use this command to view captured locations.

TERRITORY <your city> LAND [area] - View the land that has been captured by your divisions. Must be done
from the War Room.
