City ranks now go up to 20, instead of just 6.

There's no extra benefit to it, but it'll allow you to continue to gain recognition (and bragging rights) into the future for those of you who are already capped at 6.

If someone makes it to 20 one day, maybe I'll give a title out for it.

As a note, city leaders may want to come up with new rank titles for the latter ranks. Using HELP CITYRANK will give you a guide.
