- Base willpower upkeep of maintaining a mind lock changed to 0.1% + 30, altered from 150.
- Telepathy attacks usable with Clairvoyance reduced to 75 mana and 10 willpower.
* On average they previously cost 40 willpower, and 150 mana for Paralyse, Pacify, and Amnesia.
* Torc versions have been set to 200 mana and 100 willpower.
- Mutagens will now expire when the caster does not possess the Bioessence skillset.

Lastly, seems I was mistaken and thought the Growth code made you fall if its conditions weren't met. This is not the case. AB file has been fixed to reflect this.
