With these changes come three new help files:

HELP ELEMENTS with a brief overview of the planar interactions with
Prime.
HELP SCIOMANCERRP with some notes about roleplaying the Sciomancer
class.
HELP ASCENDRILRP with some notes about roleplaying the Ascendril class.

These files will continue to develop as people have questions or find
opportunities. Similar files will be made for the other classes as staff
have time to sit down and work on them.
