I have recently implemented the second portion of the artifact upgrade.
Before I implement the last portion, I need the help of those of you
that have purchased artifacts in the past. Please try the following
command:

ARTIFACT <artifact> VALUE

This should tell you the current cost of an artifact similar to that,
and more importantly, the amount you would get back from a tradein. Try
this out, and let Me know if you notice anything odd.
