In preparation for some things we are doing with artifacts, I had to
temporarily disable Qeddwyn's ability to upgrade your artifacts. If you
would like an artifact upgraded, I'd be happy to do it in the interim.

In addition, you should notice that anything you purchased with credits
will slowly be labelled as an Ankyrean artifact. Let Me know if anything
lingers not being one of these.
