The weapon power runes are now available from Qeddwyn's shop! Read HELP
ARTIFACT WEAPONS for details. Prices and function are the same as they
were before. To use a rune, simply ATTACH <rune> TO <weapon>. Be very
careful about what rune you are attaching to what weapon, as once
attached the rune cannot be recovered until the weapon is destroyed.

There is one new weapon power: the rune of empowerment. This is a
three-tier artifact which increases the stats on your weapon by 6 for
each tier (+6/+12/+18).

A few notes about the rune of empowerment:
1) It cannot be attached to bows.
2) It will also boost arcana by 15 points a tier (15/30/45) for
croziers.
3) Dhuriv does NOT benefit from increased speed. Your balance won't be
faster.

In addition, please bear in mind that weapon stats have diminishing
returns. That is, the higher the stat gets, the less benefit each stat
point gives. As such, buying an empowerment rune to increase an already
high stat will not give you a lot of gain.

There will be no full refunds given for runes should you decide the
benefit wasn't worth your purchase.
